Accurate information, but in the last 20 seconds reference is made to a lower amplitude being a shorter wave. Short wavelenths are high frequency and have high pitch. It is the height of the wave that determines amplitude.

Hypercritical: This film doesn't really explain frequency and amplitude. It shows that whirling a tube gives a higher-pitched note and hammering a glockenspiel harder makes a louder note (as any 3-year-old knows). The point about frequency is especially confusing. There are two frequencies involved: the frequency of whirling, which is a few hertz, and the frequency of the sound, which is hundreds of hertz.
